Happy Holidays

 

Meet "Happy Holidays".

This is "Cocoa Greetings" from the Small Die of the Month club for July. I did not get it until late in the month, then put it aside to make.

You all know that I love Christmas, so I thought I would put this together today. I basically followed the instructions, which I always do for my first make.

I also followed the colours that were used to show the design for this sample, being Copics YG23, YG17, 100, R81, R83, RV04, YR18 and R27.

For the background I used another Club purchase called "Joyful Candy Canes Club Oct. 24". Both the background and the die are by Spellbinders and part of Club purchases.

For the inside of the card I cut the embossed piece to fit the lower part of the card, giving me room to stamp the sentiment, which I did using Lawn Fawn Snow Globe set.

I used Art Glitter glue to attach the background embossed image to the front of my Neenah card base, then using foam strips I attached the Penguin.

I followed up with adding a few more of the pieces to the Penquin to finish up the details. For the inside of the card I cut a piece of the embossed image to fit.

I then stamped the sentiment from  the Lawn Fawn Snow Globe set.
