Pink Rose

 

This is "Pink Rose".

I made this card for the Inspiration challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com today. My inspiration for this card comes from this Rose which I found on the inspiration site. The die I am using is Altenew's Rose die.

I first added the embossed background to my card which I think is appropriate for use with the Rose stamp. The stamp I have used for this card has texture in the stamp, so when inking it up the texture comes through, which is very pretty.

I stamped the Rose three times then glued it together using Art Glitter glue to form the Rose.

I then glued the Rose to my card front, again using Art Glitter glue. I die cut the frame using using Spellbinders Mirrored Arched Label dies times 3 and glued them together.

I then glued the die cut frame to my card front, again using Art Glitter glue.

For the inside of my card I attached a piece of the embossed background in the centre of the inside of my card. I then added the die cut thanks, which I had die cut three times, then glued together again using Art Glitter glue.

I also added a piece of white cardstock behind the embossed die cut piece.
