Meet Happy Fall Y'all!
This card I made for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com today. I have to say, it took me forever to make as I fiddled with the colours and the embossing folder!
For the background I used a Club Spellbinders Embossing Folder called "Pumpkin Patch" which I applied Pinkfresh Ink in Sweet Mustard ink.
I cut another partial piece for the inside of the card using the same colour of ink and attaching to a full piece of Hammermill cardstock.
Using Concord & 9th dies I die cut the pumpkins, florals, leaves and the tiny acorn. I then coloured for the pumpkins I used Pinkfresh Inks in Clementine, Peony and Seaside.
The set comes with the dies that perfurate the pumpkins which I did use. I then finished by colouring the assortment of dies using Copic markers.
The colours of Copics I used are YG13, YG17, YG67. E35, E37, E39, BG34, YR18, RV13, Y15 and R37.
I glued, and used foam strips to attach the items to the card front trying to arrange everything nicely. I gave up with that as I kept missing things, so I followed the arrangement on the packaging.
To finish up I added the partial piece of the embossed image along with the sentiment "happy Autumn" to the inside of the card.
I hope you have enjoyed this card as much as I enjoyed making it despite it taking me 3 hours to do! lol
See you next time.
