Meet "The Best".
I made this card for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers today. My inspiration came from this card at Sister Golden.
For my card I am using Pinkfresh Frame Builder Botonical Circle, which I have never used. I keep saying this, but it is time to smarten up. This die has been discontinued!
I die cut a bunch of flowers from Spellbinders Be Bold Blooms using white cardstock. I then coloured the flowers using the Copic markers.
I filled the frame with flowers but also leaving a few areas without flowers and showing the frame design. My card is a 4.25 x 4.25 inch square card on Sea Glass cardstock by Gina K Designs.
In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment which is Pinkfresh Modern Script using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne, which I also used to stamp the inside of the card.
Inside the card I added another piece of the Sea Glass cardstock which is 4 x 4", then stamped the sentiment for the inside.
This was a fun card to make, especially using the dies I have not used before! I added the leaf die cut to the inside along with the sentiment.
Thank you for visiting with me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card.
See you next time.
The Sea Glass cardstock base is such a refreshing choice, and that frame design peeking through the floral arrangement adds the perfect touch of elegance. Your decision to leave open spaces in the frame creates a lovely balance—it draws the eye and highlights the meticulous coloring you did with the Copics. Love that this was a fun dive into unused dies; it turned out beautifully and feels like a celebration of rediscovery.
