This is "Birthday Celebration".
I made this card for the Inspiration challenge at Splitcoaststampers today using this for my inspiration piece from Style Motivation. Instead of using the red on the daisies I used pink, along with a lighter blue.
I also kept everything quite loose in styling by not colouring everything in and some pieces are not coloured at all. I stamped the image using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black.
This stamp and die set by Pinkfresh is called "Painted Daisies". I also used Pinkfresh "Joyful Day" for the sentiments, stamped using VersaFine Clair in Nocturne.
For Copic colours I used YG17, YG23; B12 and R20 with YR23 in the flower centres. I attached the die cut to my card base using foam strips.
It is this type of colouring I love to do. I have to use it more often as I find it so interesting and wonderful to look at.
For the inside of my card I added another die cut of what is on the cover, except I do not have all of the details stamped, only the bottom part of the image.
I continued to colour the bottom part of the image as I did the image on the cover of my card.
For the sentiment on the front of the card I used foam strips to attach it. For the sentiment inside the card I used Art Glitter glue.
Thanks so much for visiting with me today.
See you next time.
