Amazing

 

Meet "Amazing".

You all know how much I love "little" stamps and dies. Today I am using another set by Altenew called Leaf Canopy add-on.

For this card I am using Canson Mixed Media card. I started by watercolouring two panels using Phtahalo Turqouse watercolour then set them aside to dry.

Once dry I splattered each of the pieces using white water colour paint and again set the pieces aside to dry.

In the mean time I stamped and die cut the leaves using the coordinating dies. I water coloured the leaves using Schmincke May Green along with Schmincke Cobalt Turquoise and when dry I die cut them using the coordinating die set.

For the edges I used a edging tool to distress the edges of the paper. I did this on both pieces of the card, being the front cover and the inside cover piece.

I then stamped the sentiments on the water colour pieces using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

To attach the panels I used foam strips and foam squares, which also propped up the panels adding further dimension.

On the inside of the card I added two more of the leaves to finish my card for today. I do like how this all turned out, using these sweet little images. I do hope you enjoy it as well.
