This is "Bear Fun". But it is not the only one I have to share as my friend Joyce also made a card changing up the background paper.
To colour the bears we both took the colours from the background paper we used. The Bear is by Honey Bee Stamps and called "Bear Hugs." I also have the coordinating dies that we used.
The designer paper is by Doodlebug Designs and called Snow Much Fun. I coloured using Copic markers in YR07, Y18, V09, YG05, R17 and B29.
The sweater I did using RV55. I stamped the sentiments using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black then outlined the die cut using the RV55 marker.
The ears and cheeks are done using R000 and R30. The added highlights to the bear are done using C00, C0 and C1.
The Christmas lights also have Wink of Stella applied to them, albeit it does not show up! But they are very sparkly and pretty.
This is Joyce's card. She achieved wonderful depth of colour with her Copic colouring - a testament to how far she has come as she continues her journey with Copic colouring.
The designer paper is from the same book I used for my card and Joyce has coloured the Christmas Lights with a better look than I did mine. She coloured her sweater using V09, which is so rich!
We did decorate the inside with the left over papers and a sentiment saying "I can't bear that we are so far apart" which is also from the Honey Bee Bear Hugs set.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I do hope you have enjoyed these cards today.
See you next time.
