Let It Snow

A clean and simple card for Saturday's Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. My inspiration came from this pillow. I have to say I love the look of this card and its simplicity.

My card base is Gina K Designs Red Hot cardstock which I layered with Arches Cold Press watercolour paper on foam tape.

I used a piece of Arches watercolour paper cut to almost fit the width of my card and 1 1/4 inch high, and embossed it with Altenew's Organic Linen, which I then painted using Quinacridone Red.

Once the piece was dry I added the white snowflakes with Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleedproof White watercolour.

I glued the watercolour panel in place then added 2 layers of the die cut sentiment. I don't know where the sentiment came from, it is one of those dies that I tossed in a case, but it works for this card.

Sweet friends who love my cards gave me the pen which was so nice of them. So much fun!

Thank you for joining me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card.

See you next time.
