Balloon Bear

 

I have named him "Balloon Bear".

Too cute he is, and he was another freebie from Scrapbook.com, called Panda Bear. I could not stop smiling when I first saw him, so I had to make a card.

My card base is Neenah 110lb. card. For the stenciling I used A Colorful Life Designs Classic Circus stencil.

The distress oxide colours I used are Cracked Pistachio, Lucky Clover and Evergreen Bough. To colour the balloon I used Copic FYG2.

The sentiments I used come from Colorado Craft Company Bear Hugs stamps and dies. set, which is too cute!

I stamped the sentiments for both the front and inside of the card using VersaFine Clair Ink in Nocturne on a separate thin piece of Hammermill cardstock for some definition.

I fussy cut the Panda Bear then attached him to the stenciled area using foam squares.

Moving on to the inside of the card I used the same distress colours and stencil, but added two trim pieces with the sentiment stamped in between.

The card is ready to send to a friend. That is always the best part!
