Winter Scene

Hello crafters.  Today's card I have done for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com.

We are visiting a Pinterest site that our hostess Amy started, and has been a collaboration which included the design team. The name of the Pinterest site is Umbrella Inspirations.

 I picked this Umbrella for inspiration.

For my card base I am using black watercolour card for the texture and weight. Using Impression Obsessions Snowy Mountain stamp in my original Misti I stamped the mountain part of the slimline stamp using VersaMark embossing ink and heat embossed with Nuvo embossing powder.

I then die cut the trees using Neenah card and white glitter card, gluing the white glitter on top of the white Neenah card.

I attached the die cut trees to the card using foam squares.

Using Bleed Proof white watercolour I splattered the entire card, including the trees and mountains. I also splattered on top of the white with Midas Touch Shimmering Pen. I die cut the Winter die sentiment using the glitter card, and coloured using blue glitter markers.

To finish up my card I dotted the "i" using Nuvo Blue Babe.
