Impression Obsession October Team Favourites

Hello everyone!

The design team for Impression Obsession are sharing their favourite card for this month's release today.

We will be giving away THREE Impression Obsession Gray bags, so the more you comment through our Favourites Hop the more chances you have to win!

This is the card I picked as my favourite for October. I love the Bears and had a bunch of fun designing this.

I first sponged on distress oxide inks in Salty Ocean and Chipped Sapphire. I wanted to do a moon but could not find my masking paper, so I die cut a small circle instead. To add a bit of interest to the moon I added Copic marker in C3.

I then added white Gouache splatters lightly to the background representing a light snowfall.

Using my original Misti I stamped the trees for my tree line and coloured with Copic markers in G14 and G05, then used a gold gelly roll pen to decorate.

To colour the bears I kept it simple, using C1 and C3. For the outfits I used BV02, BV13 and BV04. The pink is RV04 and the greens G14 and YG05.

Finishing up I added the tree line and the bears using foam squares. I added the shadow under the bears feet using B24.
