This is another card that I made for a friend. I want to show the medium that I used on this card. It is a cream textured paint medium, the same medium I used on the shells in another post, only different colours. I mixed the medium on my workspace with water until I got the texture I wanted and then sponged it on using my honeycombe stencil. It is rich and vibrant - I love it. I made it for this friend as she likes red and yellow. To get the texture on the bee I rubbed it with Crystal Effects until it started to shine. I added extra wings that were stamped on vellum and ink applied to the underside of the wings .... then added some of my trusted sequins. Such a fun card.
