Meet "Witch and Pumpkin".
I found these "Witches" at Etsy here. The perfect size for my card I thought. For this card I first embossed the background using an old spider web embossing folder and Hammermill cardstock.
For colour I added the leaves to the bottom of my card along with splatters on the web background. I did not worry about the size of the leaves, it is a make believe world we live in via our cards!
For the face of the pumpkin I did not want it to be all black so I added yellow tape behind the face giving the appearance of candle light inside.
To include the purple, which is on my inspiration piece I added gems in purple crystal, which I think work perfectly with this design.
Turning to the inside of my card I added the sentiment which is by Riley and Company and can be found at Scrapbook.com here.
A little more about the leaves, I do like the extra texture they provide and the colours they add to the card. I can imagine them crunching below her walk!
Leaves on the ground is something most of us deal with during the fall months. I do not have that problem any longer chosing to live in an apartment now.
I love love this sentiment - so cute! It is by Rilery and Company. I posted the link to the sentiment above.
Thanks so much for joining me today. I do hope you enjoy this card.
See you next time.
