This is "Hugs".
It has been a very long time since I have made an alcohol ink background so I thought I would do that for this card.
For the alcohol background I used Silver Sparkle Alcohol Ink cardstock applying Citrus, Turquoise, Pistachio and Limeade.
I set the background aside to dry and turned my attention to the background piece I wanted to use for the "Hugs" die, which is cut in an oval, from a piece of Hammermill cardstock. I coloured this using Copic markers G05, G17 and G49.
To colour the letters I used YG03, YG06, G14 and YG17. I then glued the letters to the oval background using Art Glitter glue.
To the oval piece I also attached Pinkfresh Gems in "Leaf" to the left side as well as a couple on the "U" of the "Hugs".
To finish up my design I attached the oval die to the alcohol ink background using Art Glitter glue, then attached all the pieces in place to the Gina K Designs Tranquil Teal card base.
On the inside of the card I added a partial piece of the alcohol ink background to a piece of Gina K Designs card in Sea Glass.
I finished the card by stamping the sentiment by Pinkfresh inside the card using Turquoise ink.
