Meet "Floral Joy".
This stamp and die set is from Pinkfresh Studios and called Pure Joy. It is a bit fussy to put together, but I think it is so worth the effort.
First up I ran the top piece of cardstock through my Empress machine using the Dotted Chevron die. I then attached it to my card base using Art Glitter glue.
For the scene I created, I die cut the leaves and florals from the "circle" which was holding the stamps and dies.
I am using Hammermill cardstock, but I still watercoloured the items, which you can to remembering to use very little water. The colours I used are Opera Pink, Cadmium Yellow Light, DaVinci Leaf Green and Winsor Newton Sap Green.
Once I was finished the watercolouring and the piece was dry I attached it to the front cover of the card using foam squares. I then added the sentiment to the bottom left side of the circle.
I used the die cut piece from the circle to check placement of the pieces, which works out well. I then added a few pink sequins to the card front for a bit of bling.
I added splatters to the finished circle, covering up the rest of the card with spare paper while I added the splatters.
I then added the partial piece of the Dotted Chevron piece along with the pink banner where I stamped the sentiment which is from the set.
Thanks so much for visiting with me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card today.
See you next time.
