Charming Delight

This is "Charming Delight".

This set I used are the stencils and the coordinating dies by Altenew and called Charming Delight. And it really is a delight, colouring in the stencils to form this beautiful floral image.

Needless to say, I used many colours, mostly using Pinkfresh Inks with a few Altenew inks added in. My Pinkfresh inks are Candy Apple, Sweet Mustard, Raspberry Bliss, Persimmon, Clementine, Sparkling Rose and Berrylicious.

The Altenew inks are Bamboo, Moss, Rubellite and Vineyard Berry.

The leaves have a few different inks included, some of which are a tad hard to see. Believe it or not, I need more green inks, in other words I need to finish collecting my Pinkfresh inks!

Alas, I do think the flower is very pretty as is. I added splatters to the card using the Bamboo ink by Altenew, and coloured in the stencil for the "hugs" using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

I also added glitter drops in "leaf" to the finished card to add a bit of sparkle to the front and bringing in another green.

The colour under the flower centre may look white, but it is Pinkfresh Sparkling Rose, which is a pale pink shade and used in several areas of the card.

To finish up I dragged the Rubellite ink across a piece of card stock, then die cut the piece out using Hemstitch Rectangle dies.

The sentiment was stamped using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

Thank you for visiting with me today.

See you next time.
