Meet "Butterfly".
For this card I used an older die by both Pinkfresh and Altenew called Celebrating Us. I die cut the first layer using Hammermill cardstock, then added the coloured layer.
The second layer is a background I made using different colours of Pinkfresh inks. I make them big enough so I have enough to cut two pieces.
To the background I added the Butterfly along with the coordinating die. I stamped the butterfly using Honey Bee Bee Creative Brilliant White ink.
I heat embossed the butterfly then attached it to the card using Art Glitter glue. I bent the card in the centre, bringing up the wings of the butterfly.
I then stamped the sentiments using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne on both the front and inside the finished card.
To the front of the card I added a few Pinkfresh gems. I also added a few of these gems inside my finished card.
This photograph shows off the embossing on the butterfly a bit better than the rest of the pictures.
This is the finished inside of the card, with the stamped sentiment and the gems. It also shows the inking better than some of the other shots.
Below I am showing a close up of the stamped butterfly.
See you next time.
