Hello Beautiful

 

This is "Hello Beautiful".

This beautiful Rose is by Altenew and called "Made with Love". First I stamped the items using Nocturne ink then die cut everything using Arches Cold press water colour paper and the coordinating dies.

I then water coloured the Rose using Daniel Smith water colours in Cadmium Yellow, mixing in to the Opera Pink which gives the three different colours.

For the leaves I water coloured using Sap Green and styled the Rose and the leaves using my stylist.

I embossed the background using Spellbinders Luxe Backdrop and Border embossing folder. This folder has two portions of embossing available, which is great for different looks.

Using Pinkfresh ink in Lemon Whip I lightly applied the ink to the embossed background for both the front and inside the card.

In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment for the card front and attached it using foam strips. I added the same embossed image and colour to the embossed piece inside the card.

To the inside I added another sentiment which I fussy cut and attached using thin foam strips.

I will also add a signature spot when I use the card.
