Garden Grow

Meet "Grown with Love".

You are all going to get tired of me saying this, but this is another Altenew set that I have not used! I know, no excuses anymore!

I wanted to use different embossing folders for this card, which is 5.5 inches square. The bottom embossing folder is Stylized Lattice by Spellbinders, and the top embossing folder is Flowers and Foliage, also by Spellbinders.

The Stylized Lattice Embossing folder is a Club embossing folder, but will be available for sale by Spellbinders next month.

For the embossing folder in the centre I wrapped it with foam inside, and taped it well so it would not come apart using watercolour tape, which is very strong tape.

I then glued the piece in place using Art Glitter glue, which is also very strong glue and easily holds the piece in place.

I then stamped and die cut the garden pieces to go on the front of my card which are from Altenew's Garden Grow Collection. 

To colour the snail and the pot I used Copics in E42 and R02. The greenery is done using Copics YG17 and YG25.

I then stamped the sentiment for the inside of the card and attached it using foam squares to the card. When ready to sign I will add another piece of white cardstock in the lower right corner.
