Hello to you! It is almost Wednesday, at that means it is time for Watercolour Wednesday at Splitcoaststampers.com.
This week Stacy is our hostess and she has picked a challenge using Watercolour Pencils for those who have them. I do not, so I have picked a different challenge for myself, being an abstract Tulip.
This was a challenge, and despite all my fussing with it, I did not get that tulip sorted out properly. It is the top that I messed with.
Other than the top, I like the look of the painting, as I have mentioned before I love abstract art!
I kept the other colours to the greens and blues in different shades, using Daniel Smith watercolours on Arches cold press watercolour paper.
The painting is 5 x 7.
