Golden Wreath

This is "Golden Wreath".

I made this card for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com today where we are visiting Lake Effect Gallery. I have never been to this site before, but there is certainly much to be admired.
I was inspired by this Willow tree, which had me thinking of this embossing folder. My favourite thing to do with embossing folders is to colour them with Copic markers, or the like.

For this Altenew Leaf Crown embossing folder I decided to colour using gold metallic marker, along with Bright Glitter markers and a gold glitter pen.
On the leaves I used the gold markers, then added the green glitter to the indentation of the leaf. On some leaves I addd the green along one edge of the leaf. On other leaves I added the gold metallic pen.

I added dots with the gold markers, then I went around the entire piece using the gold marker. I attached the panel to my Neenah card base using Art Glitter glue.
I cut a piece of Hammermill cardstock for the inside of the card where I also went along the edges using the gold marker and stamped the inside sentiment.

To finish off my card I added Pinkfresh Ruby Glitter Drops around the wreath using the two smallest sizes of the embellishments.
I love to colour embossing folders using markers, so of course this I found to be much fun. I would like to make another one using red marker, so look for that in the near future.

I thank you for your visit today. It means a lot to me that you continue to visit with me.

See you next time.
