Cute Christmas Penguin

 Meet "Cute Christmas Penguin".

I just love Penguins, so when I see a really cute stamp it is one of those "have to have", and that was the case with this cute set by Crafter's Companion called Christmas Hugs.
This card I have done for today's Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. I am hosting this challenge, where we are visiting The Makers Keep. My inspirtation comes from this image.

In my mini Misti I stamped the image using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black on Hammermill Cardstock. I then proceeded to colour using Copic markers.
The copic colours I used are: Hat R46, R59; Hat Band BG49, B99; Penguin 100, B12, C3, White Jelly Roll Pen; Hat C3, C5; Sweater BG49, B99; Tree G05, G19, Y13; Beak/Feet Y38, YR18; Cheeks RV13, RV10.

The background plaid paper is from my stash, which I have attached to a Gina K Design black onyx card base. I die cut the banner piece from copper glitter card, gluing it in place, then attached foam squares to the back of the Spellbinders die cut circle and stamped image and affixed it to my card front.

For the life of me I am unable to find the name of the banner piece I used. I know it is Spellbinders, and it probably is discontinued. It was a 3 part set, which I really still like, so I will continue to use it.

I finished up by applying glitter enamel dots to the card front.

This was such a fun card to make and colour. I do hope you enjoy it as well. Thank you for your visit today.

See you next time.
