You are Great

Meet "You are Great".

I love these minature stamps sets that some companies produce, this one being from Altenew. I think for the price, they go a long way in a card design.

For my base I am using Neenah cardstock. My die cut stamped colours are Pinkfresh Inks in Berrylicious and Emerald City. The background stencil is by Honey Bee Stamps called Geotrellis.

For the stenciling I used distress oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonade.

When doing the stencil I placed it on a slight angle so it would not look like a trellis, but simply a design for my background. I like the freshness of the Squeezed Lemonade colour.

The dies were stamped and die cut, then styled for a bit of movement.

To apply the flowers I added cut foam squares to the back of each of the leaves and each of the flowers which propped them up from the background.

I added a few flat sequins in a pale green to the background, then in my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

I did not break the bank with this purchase,  and that is a yay in my books. Plus it makes for a cute quick card. I hope you have enjoyed it as well, and I thank you for your visit.
