It is time once again for Watercolour Wednesday at Splitcoaststampers.com. Today we are featuring this video by Sandy Allnock called Watercolouring Transparent Tulips.
I am using Arches cold press watercolour paper along with Gina K Design card base in Blue Denim along with Daniel Smith watercolours.
I did not pencil in nor trace this time, hence they are not the greatest Tulips ever! For my slimline card I used Cerulean Blue for the Tulips along with Deep Sap Green for the stems.
I took a chance and wrote in the "hello" using Phthalo Blue (Green Shade). This is the first time I have done this, so once I got the word out I was nervous to go any further, but I really should have thickened the lines.
