Back to the card I made for today. I am using Lawn Fawn Eggstraordinary Easter stamps and dies, along with the add-on of the same name. To start I stamped using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and cut out.

I then coloured the images using Copic markers. For the first time I used markers in the Florescent line on the eggs, being FRV1, FV2, FY1, FYG2, FYR1. The little birds are done with Y08, Y11 and on the beak YR04; Butterfly BV11, BV02, BV04; Bunnies are E17, E11 and nose C7, cheeks RV42. The paint can is done using F11, C5 and C7.
For the background I am using Hammermill cardstock 100lb., along with A Colorful Life Design stencil called Outline Flowers. My colours are distress oxide inks in Picked Raspberry, Squeezed Lemonade and Tumbled Glass.

I attached the background to a piece of black cardstock, then a pink card base.
I hen attached the images pieces to the background using foam squares, both large and small. I stamped the butterfly trail using the tuxedo black ink and stamped the greeting using distress ink in Picked Raspberry.

I had left over pieces, which I attached to the inside of the card.
This certainly was a fun card to make. All the colours make me so happy!

Following is the link list for those joining in today's hop. Up next is Meghan.

  1. I like the stenciling in the background looks great. And the colored critters are just adorable. I'd like to make something similar for the grandkiddos
