This is "Love You".
I have been wanting to do this card for a bit now, but as it requires a lot of colouring I kept putting it off until today! Almost too late for Valentine's Day!
To colour the truck I used Copic markers. The truck body has BG18, BG75, BG72 along with C3, C5 and C7 on the bumpers and tires. Also on the tires is black Micron pen making the tread.
The balloon hearts have a lot of colours, R89, R56, R46, R37, R35, R29, R27 and R14. Along the edges of the die cut balloons I used R32.
On one of the balloon hearts I filled using red rhinestones for a bit of glam. I used my white gel pen to add highlights and on the windows and mirrors I used my clear gel pen.
I stamped the license using Barn Door distress ink. On some of the hearts I coated with Nuvo Glitter pens and Midas Touch glitter pens.
For my background, on my Neenah card base, I sponged on distress oxide inks in Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio.
On the truck I die cut the tailgate to allow for me to fill with the balloon hearts, which I did using Art Glitter glue and foam squares. I then re-attached the tailgate by gluing at the bottom and top.
To finish my card I added the stamped and die cut heart, which is coloured with Copics, along with the "Love You" stamped using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and die cut with coordinating dies.
It has been awhile since I have done this truck, so it was fun today, even though it is time consuming!
