Presents for Christmas

This is "Presents for Christmas".

Good morning all. I am sorry to be late today. I had dental surgery yesterday and it has set me back a bit. Seems I thought I could write this post yesterday after surgery, seems I was mistaken! lol But, I am here today, just a bit late.
This is the last card I have done where I am using different kinds of cardstock along with stencils. For this card I used acyril paint for the stencil work. It did bleed in a few spots, so to fix those spots I used my red glitter pen to draw back in the red lines.

I should also mention that I used a finger sponge dauber to apply the ink, which allowed me to gauge the amount I was applying.

Once the first layer dried I added a second layer of the paint to get better coverage and the look I wanted.
I attached the piece to my Neenah cardbase using glue for an extra bond, then die cut the Merry Christmas sentiment from gold cardstock using the Picket Fence die.

To attach it to the card I used foam tape along with glue to ensure it did not go anywhere.
I then added gems to the bows of the stencil design to add more bling.

For the inside I used gold glitter card along with a die cut sentiment in the red glitter which says Merry Christmas and a few of the smallest gems to finish.
Thank you for joining me today.
I hope you have enjoyed this card as much as I did when making it.
