Quack

This is "Quack".

I have had such a tickle over these Woodware stamps, which are so darn cute. I picked this Fuzzie Friend stamp to use for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com, with my inspiration coming from this image.
In my mini Misti I stamped the image using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black. I then coloured the beak and palmate with Copic markers using YR02, YR18, YR68 and blending again with YR02.

For the background I decided to use a floral stencil from A Colorful Life Designs called Groovy Flowers. I coloured using distress oxide inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin and Barn Door.
On the inside of the card I used the same stencil and colours, however I applied the colours a tad lighter than on the front. To finish the inside I stamped the sentiment and 2 of the web feet pieces with the Tuxedo Black ink on the left side near bottom of the card.

Moving back to the card front, I fussy cut the ducks with sissors as well as my Fiskar's knife. After finishing that I set about massaging my hands - yikes that hurt!
Before attaching the background I splattered using Nuvo Shimmering Pen. I then attached the panel to my Neenah card base using Be Creative (Scor-pal) tape.

For the ducks, I styled them lightly, then attached to the card using foam tape.
I know I keep saying this, but again this was such a fun card to make. I hope you have enjoyed it as well. Thank you for your visit.
