It is Friday and that means it is time for the the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. This week we are visiting Natural Life for our inspiration. My inspiration comes from this picture for, mostly taking the colours from the wool balls.
I wanted to keep my card clean and simple, so I only used a stencil along with the sentiments.
First using Neenah card, I started with the 3 step stencil. Up first I brushed on the pink hearts hearts, then with the 2nd stencil I added the green hearts and ended with the arrows in salvaged patina.
Once the stencil work was complete, I put the card in my mini Misti and stamped the muah using Catherine Pooler ink in cranberry fizz. I die cut the banner then in my Misti I stamped the Happy Heart Day, again using the cranberry fizz.
I attached the small sentiment to the card using foam squares.
To finish up I attached a few gems to the front of the card using the pinks and green.
Again, this was a fun card to make and I am happy with the results. I hope you have enjoyed this as well, and thank you for dropping by.
