Impression Obsession Die Cut Obsession

We have set aside today to share some new projects made with Impression Obsession dies. Check out what the designers have come up with. You can find who is participating on the Impression Obsession Blog.

For today's card I decided I wanted to do an oxide spray background to show off the white die cut. I used three spray's being Peacock Feathers, Cracked Pistachio and Salvaged Patina. I added splatters with watercolour paint.

Using my postage die I die cut the oxide spray piece and added foam strips to the back of the middle piece. Adhered the frame to my card base, then added the postage layer.

I styled the bird and added 2 foam squares to the back of the bird before attaching to the card.

I then die cut 2 of the Hello dies and glued them together, then glued the sentiment to the card front on a slight angle.

A scattering of gems was also added to finish the card.

I have always liked this die as there are so many ways it can be used. I think it would look wonderful water coloured.  I have to keep it out so I can do that before putting it away.

I hope you have enjoyed today's card and thank you for visiting.

Following are Affiliate links for the products I used for this card today, at no extra cost to you.

Have a great day all!
