On to my cards for today.

Hey there, Sunshine. For this card I stamped the Lotus Flower using water proof ink, and water coloured using my water colour palette of Daniel Smith watercolours. Once I was finished with this I fussy cut the Lotus Flower and set it aside.

Moving on to the card I die cut the frames from white cardstock. I attached the first frame using Nuvo adhesive, then sponged on a bright yellow ink for my background. I then attached the second frame using foam squares. Using my stylist tools I styled the Lotus and attached it in place, again using foam squares. Finishing up I stamped the sentiment in pink and trimming it to lay across the top frame, attaching at either end with Nuvo adhesive and in the centre with a foam square. I then added a few yellow gems.

Second up is Brighter Days.

For this card on white cardstock I stamped and heat embossed the Daisy flower using white embossing powder. I then sponged on twisted citron Oxide ink mixed with a bit of Squeezed Lemonade Oxide along the bottom, attaching the piece to the right side of the card.

I die cut the IO Frames from yellow card and cut the piece to fit around the stamped image.

To finish up I stamped the sentiment in green and added a few gems.

I hope you have enjoyed my cards for today. You can find the New Release here

Next up on the hop is Laura Fulcher.

Thank you for stopping by.
