This is from my Wednesday Night Watercolour classes that I take.
As our classes are presently online due to Covid we have to use our computers and my computer is not in a good place to paint due to low lighting. It never crossed my mind that I would have to paint at it, hence I did not set it up for that. I do have a tablet over at my desk, but facebook classes need a bigger screen.
So, I take notes of colours, etc., then paint my piece in the following days. This balcony is a series of 4, so I will have 3 more paintings to share in the coming weeks.
For this scene I used Daniel Smith watercolours and for the ink I used a Micron Pen in 01 and 05.
It is so cute that I think I will frame the series when I have them done. The wall behind my front door is empty, and I think they would look cute there. So I will see about getting frames.
