Sorry for your loss

This is not a sympathy card, it is actually a "resignation" card. Giggles!

A card done for a customer to use when she quits her job. The inside is decorated and it says
"it's [her name], and this is
my two weeks notice".

I was stumped when this card was mentioned to me. I was not sure what image might be good, and then I remember Harmony Girl. In my Misti, I stamped her using intense black ink and doing several passes to ensure I touched every part of the stamp. I then heat embossed using clear embossing powder to give a good sharp look to the image. The only colour added to the image is the stormy sky colour used on the rain drops. The colour is in the papers and sentiment, which is computer generated. I used a spellbinders tag for the sentiment, shadowed it with some coordinating paper and attached it on foam dots.
On the inside I used another coordinating paper and a white tag with the resignation and added a swirl die around the tag.

This was certainly a fun and different card to make. I hope my customer likes it.
Thank you for visiting today .... see you next time.
