Daisy thank you

Yesterday I said I would do a thank you card for Michael, who helped me so much. A little frilly for a guy maybe, but hey! I
also have a friend who needs some thank you
cards, so this is for her as well.
This is another beautiful stamp set from Altenew, and I channelled the very talented Debby Hughes when making it. I wanted to do the daisy in white, with blue and lavender accents, but I think it would be too pastel for my liking. I first stamped the daisy flowers on white paper and cut them out to use as masks. I then arranged the stamps in my Misti, and masked and stamped with embossing ink, and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  I painted the flowers with Winsor Newton watercolours, and did minor shading with Zig brushes. The sentiment is heat embossed in white on dark brown cardstock and attached on a foam strip. And sequins to finish ... no surprise there.
