Season's Greetings

I did the background for this card by masking around the edges of my 4 x 5.25 panel with 1/2 inch masking tape, then laid my stencil on top and taped it down to secure. I sponged using Tim Holtz Distress Inks Peeled Paint, Shabby Shutters and Festive Berries and Candy Apple, then added red glitter marker to the berries for some sparkle. I then embossed my stitched rectangle die as a border around my sponged background. I positioned my card in my Misti to stamp the sentiment which I stamped first in red then in black to get the deep burgundy look. I die cut my flowers using watercolour paper and painted with Zig Brushes in light pink and red, in several layers, then added gold gel pen to the centre of the flowers. A few sequins finished my card, ready for the Caring Hearts Card Drive. Thank you for visiting today.
