Merry Mice

Welcome to "Merry Mice".

I am sorry I have been missing in action the last few days. I have not been feeling well, but finally got to see my Doctor, so now things should start to look up.
It is not the best day for taking photos unfortunately, but I have done the best I can do. The mice are a bit lighter than in real life, but not by much, so I went with it.

First, starting my card I stamped the tile counter using a stamp by Ink Blot Spot called Get Grounded along with Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black. I drew in extensions for the floor.
I then stamped all the mice from the set called "Honey Bee Merry Little Mice", along with the mouse for the inside of the card and coloured using Copic markers in R01, E13, E17; G00, G05 and R29. Using the coordinating dies I then die cut all the pieces which includes the cheese, Christmas Tree and the Coffee Cups which are by Tim Holtz called Sizzix Papercut Cafe.

I then arranged the pieces on my card front and attached using foam squares.
To finish up the front I stamped the greeting, which is from the Woodware Useful Christmas set, using VersaFine Clair Ink in Tulip Red and stamping several times to get the darker colour.

On the inside I stamped a sentiment from Picket Fence "Inside Quotes" stanp set, again stamping several times to get the darker red colour.
This about covers the details of this card. It took me awhile, but hey, that gives me great satisfaction!

Thank you for your visit.

See you next time.
