With Sympathy

 

This is "With Sympathy".

These are always the hardest cards for a card maker I think. I do think however that keeping the card simple is the best way to go as you want the meaning more than anything.

I kept this card very simple as I wanted the words to come across more than anything else. I also thought that keeping the white would be beneficial. 

I die cut the stems twice each then glued them together to form the stems. I then added the centre pieces to each of the flowers done in the turquoise.

The background is done using my cut plate for the zig zag's which I then attached to my card base using foam squares.

For the inside of the card I glued the zig zag in place using Art Glitter glue.

It is on the inside where I stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne and added another one of the single stems.
