Tulip Gallery

Meet "Tulip Gallery".

This is my card for the inspiration challenge today. My inspiration came from this. I added dirt instead of putting the tulips in a container.

For the tulip colours I used several different colours, in pinks, orange, yellow, red and purple as well as several different colours of green.

I added the "dirt" to the bottom of the plant, then stamped my sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

Initially I picked a large pot of Tulips, then thought better of that choice and pared it down to the five Tulips, which I think looks better in the grouping. This is a digital stamp.

I did try to remember not to colour to the top of the tulips, that is easier said than done. My colouring hand has different thoughts on this!

To finish the card front I stamped the sentiment using VersFine Clair ink in Nocturne.

I attached everything to the red card base and finished the inside with the birthday greeting using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne.
