Meet "Vintage Birthday Fun".
I made this card for a friend who's hubby is having a birthday. He is already ancient, so no need to really rub it in! lol
Yes, I used pink glitter paper for the bow, which I did on purpose of course! It is all the little things that really rub the birthday in.
As does the floral background designer paper I used for this card. I used the large floral for the background then toned it down a bit with the smaller scale designer paper used for the gift.
On the inside I used another one of the designer papers from the 6x6 paper pad of papers. So much to choose from, it was hard to make a choice.
I ended up picking a paper that did the work for me, having two different designs on it. I added the "gift" size card stock piece along with my sentiment.
I then added the bow upside down to change it up a bit, which also does not state it is a bow so loudly! I then stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair ink in Nocturne to finish my card.
Thank you for joining me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card.
See you next time.
