This is "Merry Penguins".
I think this is such a cute card to send out for the Christmas Season. For the background I embossed the background using Spellbinders Argykle Socks embossing folder. The die set is by Lili of the Valley.
To colour the background I used Pinkfresh ink in Meadow, which I think is such a pretty colour. I also cut a piece for inside the card.
The "Merry" sentiment is stacked three (3) high. I used foam squares to attach the Penguins to the card front, changing the position of the Penguins as I went.
For the "Merry" die I coloured using Y26 Copic marker, then attached it to the card front using Art Glitter glue.
I cut a piece in the same colour for inside the card as well. I think I made it a bit big. I will have to see if I can get it off without damaging the card to change it.
The colours I used for the Penguins are 100, YR18, G07, R46 and Y26, which is the gold colour used on the Merry die.
I cannot help but giggle when I look at this card. It is so cute I think, those Penguins certainly make me laugh.
On the inside I stamped the Christmas sentiment using Pinkfresh Ink in Berrylicious.
Thank you for visiting with me today. I appreciate it!
See you next time.
