Meet "Christmas Dreams".
For this card I have changed up the colours and used all of the pieces that came with the set. I added snow banks to carry much of the scene with designer paper for the background.
The bow is from the large set of bows that Picket Fence put out a few years back. I die cut three (3) of the bows and glued them together, then added a pearl and shadows.
I made a point of adding shadows to the entire card for this scene which adds so much more detail and interest to the card.
The sentiment is from the set which I stamped using Pinkfresh Ink in Berrylicious. Such a yummy colour, especially this time of year.
All of the items are attached using small foam squares which adds further dimension to the scene. I also added musical notes to the top part of the card.
I just want to squeeze those cheeks, until I remember they are mice! But the really are cute mice, so not so bad!
With everything finished on the card front I turned my attention to the inside of this card where I continued with the added bit of designer paper.
I then added the Christmas sentiment, again using Pinkfresh Ink in Berrylicious.
This was really a fun card to make, albeit time consuming as I used everything. I do love the finished card though.
Thank you for joining me today. Something new for tomorrow, finally!
