I tend to have a heavy hand when I watercolour, and this painting is no different than most I do. I wish I had kept the sky lighter.
I used some of the same colours the artist used, i.e. Burnt Sienna. For the water I used Manganese Blue and I added the rocks using Payne's Grey.
I should have added more of the Payne's Grey as the artist did. Maybe I will have time to do it over again.
