Meet "The Rose".
I was asked to make this card for someone. I do love using these small images on my cards, and normally would make this a 5.5 inch square for this. But the person wanted an A2, which I think looks great..
I due cut the Rose and proceeded to colour using Zig markers in several different colours of yellow.
Using the requested Petite Bow embossing folder I embossed two pieces of the background to use on my card, trimming to the sizes I needed.
I attached the embossed pieces to the Neenah card base using art glitter glue, then attaached the Rose using foam squares.
Using another Altenew mini I stamped the "Hello" using Pinkfresh Ink in Grassy Knoll, and die cut using the coordinating die, placing it on thin foam squares to attach to the card.
Using a yellow Zig I added the flow of the colour coming down from the flower which is very subtle and looks great.
For the inside I added the half sheet of the embossed background to the card and stamped the sentiment again using Pinkfresh Ink in Grassy Knoll.
When I add embossing to the right side of the card my signature goes on the left side of the card, which also happens to be where this person signs her cards.
Thank you for joining me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this card.
See you next time.
