I am once again hosting the Watercolour Challenge at Splitcoaststampers, but this is to get us back on track since the changes we made to our team. I do hope you all have met and seen the work of SuZ (pixordia).
Our watercolour challenge today is to learn how to draw with your brush, which can be found here. I followed the tutorial to paint my Rose, which I think is pretty good.
I am using Daniel Smith watercolours for my painting today along with Arches Cold press watercolour paper, which I attached to a red card base.
This is my first attempt at this technique which I found very interesting and fun to do.
I added splatters in green and red to finish my painting and let it dry before attaching it to my card base. Inside the card I stamped a sentiment about flowers stamped in VersaFine Clair ink Nocturne.
Thank you for visiting with me today. I do hope you have enjoyed this watercolour challenge.
See you next time.
