Meet "Pumpkins".
How is that for a title? I am laughing at myself, but it is about the card, not me. And this card has a lot of pumpkins on it.
I staarted with the background, which is the same embossing folder I shared with you Tuesday. This time however I used Pinkfresh Ripe Persimmon to colour the pumpkin background.
Then using a stamp and die set by Concord and 9th I made the pumpkins. They are two layers thick the way that I made them, which is done to show the second layer coming through the perferated sections, which show in real life.
The pumpkins are also attached to the background using foam squares. I die cut the other leaves and embellishments and coloured with Pinkfresh inks.
For the sentiment I decided to add two colours, being Pinkfresh Sunshine and Candy Apple. The "happy" is stamped using VersaFine Clair ink in Pinecone.
For the leaves and flowers I used Lemon Yellow, Turquoise and Candy Apple. On the flower centre I used a gold gel pen to colour the tiny star, and glued it in place.
For the entire card I have used Art Glitter glue throughout.
I made another pumpkin for the inside of the card. The sentiment is one of my favourites of all time by Picket Fence Studios. I really wish they had not discontinued it.
Thanks so much for visiting with me today.
See you next time.
