Meet Happy Autumn.
This card is for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com. I am hostess for tonights challenge and have picked the Pinterest pages of Country Living Magazine.
My inspiration comes from this pin.
I have this beautiful design paper pack by Gina K Designs called Autumn Splendor that I wanted to use for layering. I love it so much that I bought two packs.
I followed a sketch drawing from Splitcoaststampers.com which is SC242, changing the sketch slighly via the card base and first layer of paper.
I started adding to the card base, which is Recollections from Michaels Stores, with the designer paper Autumn Splendor, following the design of the sketch.
Once all the paper was attached I stamped the sentiment which is by Penny Black's Fall Fence using VersaFine Clair ink in Twilight.
In my mini Misti I stamped the pumpkin image and proceeded to colour using Copic markers. The clours I used are YR07, YR18, YR23; Y32, Y35, Y38; YG25; E27 and E29.
I die cut the pumpkins using the coordinating die from the set and attached it to my card front using foam squares. I then applied a layer of Nuvo Glitter Gloss.
To finish this card I added a few gems from Pinkfresh Embellishments. They are green and blue, which is pretty with the finished design.
