Flowers and Leaves

Introducing "Flowers and Leaves".

As you know, I love to colour my embossed images with my Copic markers, which is what I have done with this card.
To emboss I am using Altenew's Embossing folder called Flowers and Leaves along with Hammermill cardstock. My Copic colours are for the flowers YR61, YR65 and YR02 and YR12, YR14 and YR15 with Y04 centre's. The leaves are YG05, G14 and G05. Dragonfly is B24 and B29, and the background is B99.

Initially I ran the piece of Hammermill through my Platium 6 but after colouring I felt it needed another pass, so I did it again, this time using my Gemini Jr.
A few of the flowers have multiple layers of Copic. I did not keep track, it had to do with the results from my colouring.

Once I coloured the Dragonfly, which was stamped using Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black, I die cut it with the coordinating die. I also stamped the sentiment using VersaFine Clair Ink in Twilight, and die cut it with the coordinating die. I then cut an A2 tent fold card from Neenah cardstock and attached the embossed folder to the front using Art Glitter glue.

I attached the Dragonfly using foam strips, as well as the sentiment. On the inside I attached a dark blue base, along with a white piece of cardstock for my sentiment, which is a die "Feel Better" from Scrapbook.com.
To finish up with my card I added a few gems from Studio Katia.

I really like how vibrant the card is, and I hope you like it as well.

Thank you for joining me today, we will see you next time.
