Bunny Love

Meet "Bunny Love".

It is time for the Inspiration Challenge at Splitcoaststampers.com, which is what I have done this card for. Today we are visiting The Kitchen Store and More ...
My inspiration came from this pin.

Using my mini Misti I stamped the image using Versafine Clair Ink in Nocturne. I then watercoloured using Daniel Smith watercolours from the Ultimate Mixing Set, combing some to get the yellow on the bunny's face.
The colours I used are Hansa Yellow, Quinacridone Rose - it is these two that I mixed together for the deeper yellow - Phthalo Green (green shade), Phthalo Blue (green shade).

I mixed the two Phthalo colours together to get the road surface. For the hearts the smaller ones were done with the Quinacridone Rose and the large was done using Alizarin Crimson.

I added spatters using the colours from the rabbits and set the piece aside to dry.

Once my watercolouring was dry I attached the piece to my card base using foam tape. I then added the sequins for a bit of bling.

Thank you for joining me today. Following are Affiliate links for the products I have used for this card, at no extra cost to you.
