The Random Acts of Cardness were very popular last month, so we decided to carry it on for this month too. Following are the daily challenges for May.

Unable to join in every day, not to worry, you can participate in as many as you chose. Just be sure to upload to our Scrap'n Stamp Facebook Challenge page and use the hastag #SNSCHALLENGE. On June 1, 2020 a winner will be drawn from the names of the participants for a $50.00 Gift Certificate to the Scrap;n Stamp Store.

The stamp sets from Wendy Vecchi will be 20% OFF until May 7th, 2020, which is a great deal, so grab yours today. You can find the specials which include the sets here.

I look forward to sharing two more techniques with you during the month of May. In the mean time, you may remember my post from April where I showed you the Shaving Cream Technique. I made the card I am sharing with you today from one of those backgrounds.

This is the background I decided to use for my card today. The stencil is from Hero Arts, and I am again using a stamp from the Wendy Vecchi Bravo Stamp Set.

I think it makes a beautiful background for this stamp. The panel I made is 4.25 x 5.5, which I attached to my card base. I die cut the white stitched rectangle and attached using fun foam.

I then stamped and heat embossed the flower with white embossing powder, then coloured using Copic Markers in Y08, YR04 and YR09. I did not worry about the embossing in the centre of the flower as I considered it highlights.

In my mini Misti I stamped the sentiment using Leaf Green Make Art ink, then attached the flower on a foam square.

Over the next few days I will share more of the cards I have made using these backgrounds.

A reminder when shopping at Scrap'n Stamp to use my Discount Code 10KIA.

Thank you for joining me today. Following are Affiliate Links to the products that I have used for this card, at no extra cost to you.
