Hello Beautiful

I made this background a couple of weeks ago using coffee filters and photo paper.  So fun, and who would think you could get something this pretty by using those two items.

You can find the technique and a video here.

I die cut the panel with my stitched rectangle die and framed with a bright yellow paper, which I also used to computer generate the "beautiful" label. The poppy flowers and leaf are die cut from Ranger Distress Watercolour Paper and painted using Daniel Smith Lemon Yellow paint.  Once dry, I attached them to the card panel using foam squares. I stamped the mini hello using Ranger Archival Jet Black ink.

I kept the inside minimal, making it about the background and the birthday sentiment from Penny Blacks Sprinkle and Smiles Stamp Set.
